Nail Lounge and Spa Grand Rapids

My boyfriends sister and I tried this place for the first time and had a great experience! We decided day-of to get our nails done in the evening and they were able to fit us in at 7. We arrived they were busy and the staff notified us that they were running behind. We waited for around half an hour past our appointment time but we didn’t mind and just chatted watched tv and looked at colors while we waited. And our manicures turned out SO GREAT!!!! It was definitely worth the wait! I tried the shellac manicure for the first time and my bf’s sister had acrylics and shellac done. The staff was so friendly and efficient and seemed to be loved by everyone coming in (they seemed like they had lots of regulars!!!). They even gave us a small discount for us having to wait which was so sweet! We will definitely be back!!!

I wrote a previous review about my two bad experiences regarding their appointment times however I gave this place a third try (and a fourth now) and I am happy I did. The first couple experiences must have just been bad days, maybe even short staffed for them, which I totally understand. I have been twice now and have gotten amazing sets here. The designs are wonderful, Victoria is amazing and feels like you’re talking to a friend, and my nails have never looked better. I 100% recommend them and will continue to come here.

This facility has a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are very nice and professional. My boyfriend and I received pedicures from Tom and Luna and they were wonderful. They both were patient, kind and friendly. They also held wonderful conversation with both my boyfriend and I. They took their time and truly gave us good quality pedicures. I would definitely recommend this place. This is one of the best nail salons that I’ve been to in a while and will definitely be coming back.
